After completing the intake form, you’ll receive a welcome email from Time To Pet, where you can access your personal profile for you and your pets. One of our friendly office staff members will also reach out to offer support in case you have any questions or need help getting started.

Once your account is activated, please schedule your phone consultation through the “Scheduler” tab in the Time To Pet platform. You’ll receive a confirmation message from us once your appointment is booked.

We use Time To Pet to manage everything from consultations, chat messages, pet care details, scheduling, and invoicing—all in one convenient place. For the smoothest experience, download the Time To Pet app to message us directly, book services, and receive real-time updates right from your phone.

During your in-home meet and greet, we’ll review your completed profile, answer any questions you may have, and set up a secure lockbox for home access. Our streamlined process ensures a stress-free experience for you and exceptional care for your pets.
