Getting started with Travelers Pet Care is simple. Follow the steps below to learn what to expect throughout our onboarding process. From creating your account and scheduling your phone consultation to your in-home Meet & Greet and first pet care visit, we’ll make sure everything is in place so you and your pets feel prepared from the very beginning.

Just Three Simple Steps

Step 1. Time To Pet

Click the Book Now in our menu or the Click Here button below to create your secure Time To Pet account and complete your client profile. You'll provide important information about yourself, your pets, your veterinarian, emergency contacts, home access, and your pet's daily routine, feeding schedule, medications, behavior, favorite activities, and any special care instructions. Completing your profile before your phone consultation gives us time to review everything in advance so we can focus on getting to know you, answering your questions, and ensuring we're fully prepared to provide safe, reliable, and personalized care.

Step 2. Phone Consultation

Once you've completed your client profile, schedule your phone consultation through the Time To Pet app by selecting an available appointment time. If you have any trouble booking, contact us at info@travelerspetcare.com. During this brief call, we'll get to know you and your pets, review your profile, discuss your pet's routine, medical needs, home access, travel plans, and the services you're interested in, answer any questions, explain our policies, and prepare you for your in-home Meet & Greet. By the end of the call, you'll know exactly what to expect and then we will schedule your complimentary meet and greet.

Step 3. Meet And Greet

During the meet and greet, you'll meet one of the three pet care professionals on your dedicated care team, review your pet's routine, medications, home access, and any special care instructions, and have all of your remaining questions answered. If needed, we'll install a secure lockbox. If you'd like to meet the rest of your care team, we can arrange additional Meet & Greets, or your assigned team member can introduce and train the other caregivers by having them shadow visits. Once your Meet & Greet is complete, you'll be ready to schedule services through the Time To Pet app with the confidence that your pets have a trusted, dedicated care team.
